According to the Theory of Relativity, the mass of a fast moving object rises with its velocity. As an object approaches the speed of light, its mass approaches infinity. The mass of an object determines how much gravity it generates. If a mass could be accelerated to the speed of light it would would achieve infinite gravity as well. Infinite gravity would implode the whole universe. Our only problem is that it requires an infinite amount of energy to move something that fast. Where are we going to get an infinite energy source?
